The game won't start / crashes on launch.
Make sure your device is on iOS 16 or newer (Settings → General → About). If the issue persists, mail us your iOS version, device model, and a brief description.
I bought a skin but it's gone.
Skin purchases are tied to local storage. If you reinstalled the app or restored a different device, the previous unlocks won't carry over. We're looking at iCloud backup support for a future release.
How do I request a refund?
All payments are processed by Apple. Use the standard Apple refund process.
Is there an Android or web version?
Not yet — Panda Bump is iOS-only at launch. Web play and Android are on the long-term wishlist but not scheduled.
